Ryan is an experienced and versatile chef with a strong background in both yachting and land-based hospitality. He has worked as a crew chef and cook/steward on private and charter yachts up to 56 meters, managing menus, provisioning, and dietary requirements. He also brings experience from demanding customer service and team management roles in the UK, which has strengthened his organisational skills, attention to detail, and guest-focused approach. He is adaptable, hardworking, and comfortable supporting both galley and interior duties, consistently maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments.
