A term charter from Miami to the Exumas is also a culinary journey. Chef Margaux designs every menu around fresh local ingredients, island flavors and the rhythm of the day at sea.

 

Mornings start with tropical fruit, coconut brioche French toast or made-to-order omelets. Lunches are light and relaxed: grilled spiny lobster, poke bowls, or a picnic on a secluded sandbar. At sunset, canapés and cocktails are served on deck, followed by dinners that range from seared yellowfin tuna and herb-crusted lamb to Bahamian favorites like cracked conch and grilled Nassau grouper. 

 

Desserts include key lime tart and coconut panna cotta with rum caramel.
