Crew Profile

Captain - Jose Chavez
Captain Jose hails from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico where he was born and raised into a yachting family honing his skills to become a Captain on yachts as well as a skilled Charter Captain.

Head Stewardess - Victorine Dimmers
Victorine is 29 years old and was born in Belgium and she has spent the past 10 years living in Ibiza, where her yachting career began. She started land based as a Booking Manager for a leading charter company, gaining three years of experience coordinating charter operations, working closely with brokers, captains, and owners where she developed a thorough understanding of the luxury charter industry. This experience gave Victorine the valuable insight into charter guests expectations and the importance of delivering, seamless premium service with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

Eager to experience yachting from the other side, she transitioned onboard to pursue her passion for guests services and hands-on yacht operations. She combines strong organizational skills with a positive attitude, adaptability and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences for both guests and crew. I take pride in maintaining the highest standards onboard and enjoy being part of a professional, hard-working team.

We welcome Victorine to Team VIRGINIA SEA for a great charter experience.
