Crew Profile

Captain : Anastasios (Tassos) Kabitis

Captain Tassos is an experienced and highly respected Captain with over three decades of maritime service, including extensive leadership roles on both charter and private yachts. With a Captain Class Aʼ license and a solid foundation in STCW certifications, he expertly navigates operations on M/Y KASSANDRA, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency and guest satisfaction. He is particularly noted for his deep knowledge of Greek waters, which allows him to design safe, efficient and highly enjoyable itineraries. His career includes commanding a variety of vessels ranging from 22 to 50 meters, demonstrating adaptability, exceptional seamanship and strong management skills. Before joining M/Y Kassandra, captain Tassos commanded various famous yachts such as M/Y ZIA, M/Y LET IT BE, M/Y IOANNA, M/Y ZENIA, M/Y OʼREA. He is fluent in English and Greek and brings a proactive, hands-on approach to maintaining smooth onboard operations, guest experiences and team morale.



First Officer : Nasos Paraskevaidis

Nasos is a highly motivated and skilled First Officer holding a BA Degree in Marine-Maritime Merchant from the Marine Academy of Hydra. He is certified as Captain Class Cʼ and possesses numerous qualifications including GMDSS General Operator, ECDIS, Ship Security Officer, Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork Training, and a Speed Boat Operator License. Nasos has an extensive maritime background He gained valuable experience as a Second Officer on a Bulk Carrier Vessel, where he was responsible for navigation, firefighting system
maintenance, safety officer duties, and training the crew in safety procedures and the use of lifesaving appliances. His dedication to safety and meticulous attention to detail ensures smooth operations and utmost safety for all aboard. Fluent in Greek, English, and French, Nasos brings a positive and professional energy to the crew, contributing to a smooth and
enjoyable charter experience for guests.



Chie Engineer : Athanasios Kyriazis

Athanasios is a dedicated Chief Engineer holding an Engineer Class A Diploma. With extensive experience in the yachting industry, he has developed a strong reputation as a reliable and skilled engineer. Prior to joining M/Y Kassandra, he served on board M/Y Tropicana, M/Y Moka, and M/Y Can't Remember, where he further refined his technical expertise and gained valuable hands-on experience across a variety of vessel operations. Bringing a high level of technical knowledge to his role, Athanasios plays a vital part in ensuring the yacht’s engineering systems run efficiently and safely. Known for his proactive attitude and strong work ethic, Athanasios thrives in team-oriented environments and demonstrates excellent leadership when managing onboard engineering tasks. His practical, hands-on approach, combined with his composed nature and strong problem-solving abilities, allows him to perform effectively under pressure. He is committed to maintaining all mechanical and technical systems to the highest standards, ensuring optimal performance and a smooth, trouble-free experience for both guests and crew. In his free time, Athanasios enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors, as well as expanding his technical knowledge.


Chef : Thomas Kitsios

Chef Thomas is an exceptionally talented and highly experienced chef with over 20 years in the culinary industry. A graduate of the Galaxidi Tourist Professions School in the Cooking Section, he has built an impressive career working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants across Greece, as well as aboard prestigious yachts where he continues to refine his craft. Throughout his yachting career, Thomas has served on board M/Y Light Holic, M/Y O’Mega, M/Y Chakra, and M/Y Sorrento, consistently delivering high-end culinary experiences tailored to the expectations of discerning guests. His extensive experience in both land-based and maritime hospitality has shaped him into a versatile and creative chef with a strong command of international cuisine. Thomas brings a consistently high standard of culinary excellence, combining precision, creativity and refined presentation in every dish he prepares. His ability to thoughtfully balance flavors ensures an unforgettable dining experience for guests on board M/Y Kassandra. He is highly organized, maintains impeccable kitchen hygiene and is a strong team player, contributing to smooth coordination within the galley and across the wider crew. Chief Stewardess : Dimitra Tzani

With several years of experience in the yachting industry, Dimitra brings strong leadership, refined service standards, and a warm, positive energy to her role as Chief Stewardess on board M/Y Kassandra. Known for her keen attention to detail and creative approach to guest service, she has successfully led interior teams and delivered high-end hospitality experiences during her time on board M/Y Idyllic, M/Y Armonia, M/Y Gelly and various other yachts, where she further developed her expertise in luxury service and guest relations. Dimitra is highly organized and service-driven with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming, elegant atmosphere on board. She is skilled in silver service, holds a butler certification and has strong mixology knowledge, allowing her to elevate the onboard dining and beverage experience to an exceptional standard. Her background and hands-on experience have also equipped her with excellent abilities in interior management, provisioning, and team coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding service delivery. From busy charter seasons to demanding turnaround schedules, Dimitra consistently performs at a high level, maintaining impeccable standards throughout the interior. Steward : Paschalis Doukidis

Paschalis is a dedicated and hardworking hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury service across both yachting and high-end tourism environments. With solid experience in the industry, he consistently exceeds expectations through his attention to detail, calm efficiency and positive attitude. Paschalis thrives in dynamic settings, always ready to support his colleagues and ensure the highest standards of service onboard M/Y Kassandra. Before joining the yacht, Paschalis built valuable experience in prestigious hospitality venues, including Cavo Tagoo Mykonos and various high-end restaurants in Mykonos. He also gained further yachting experience aboard Endless Summer, strengthening his skills. His diverse background has shaped him into a versatile and reliable steward with a strong understanding of guest satisfaction at the highest level. Paschalis is known for his professionalism, strong communication skills and naturally welcoming personality, all of which contribute to creating a refined and enjoyable onboard atmosphere. Stewardess : Lyka Pielago Gatela

Dynamic, hardworking, and passionate about her job, Lyka brings vibrant energy and dedication to every charter. Lyka has developed excellent communication skills, enabling her to adapt to the unique demands and expectations of each guest, ensuring their individual needs are met with care and professionalism. She believes that a good charter goes beyond just providing service – itʼs about creating memorable experiences, ensuring guest comfort and fostering a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Lyka works tirelessly to ensure that every guest feels at home and enjoys their time onboard.


Stewardess : Vassiliki Masina

Vassiliki is a highly enthusiastic, easy-going, and consistent fast learner with a strong eye for detail. She is proactive, responsible, and always willing to take initiative in her work, making her a valuable and dependable crew member. Before joining M/Y Kassandra, she served on board M/Y OASIS in 2022, where she further developed her yachting experience and service skills. Prior to her yachting career, she gained solid experience in the service industry, holding various managerial positions that strengthened her organizational and leadership abilities. She speaks English and is passionate about sports, including gymnastics, cycling, and hiking. In her free time, she also enjoys painting, cinema, theater, and music.



Bosun : Panagiotis Sklavounos

Panagiotis brings a wealth of experience from his extensive career at sea. Beginning his professional journey on bunker and passenger ships, his passion for the maritime industry led him to transition early into yachting, where he quickly established himself as a reliable and skilled seafarer. With a strong background in maritime operations, he has developed excellent communication skills, sharp attention to detail and the adaptability required to thrive in the fast-paced environment of luxury charters. Throughout his yachting career, Panagiotis has served on board M/Y Ipanemas, M/Y Martina, M/Y Aimilia, M/Y Ithaki, M/Y Amor and M/Y Iris, gaining extensive hands-on experience across a variety of operational and guest-focused roles. This diverse background has strengthened his ability to manage deck operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and service. As Bosun, Panagiotis is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests on board M/Y Kassandra. In his spare time, Panagiotis enjoys spending time outdoors and continuously refining his seafaring skills. His professional attitude and friendly nature make him a respected leader among both guests and crew.



Deckhand : Jeffrey De Peralta

Jeffrey joined the yachting industry in 2014 and has since become a key member of the same yacht’s crew, gaining extensive experience in Mediterranean charters. With a background in Civil Engineering, he combines technical knowledge with strong practical skills developed over years at sea. He is known for his proactive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic, always supporting both deck operations and guest activities to ensure smooth daily running of the vessel. His friendly nature and team-focused approach make him a dependable and valued crew member. Jeffrey speaks English and Filipino fluently, with a good understanding of Greek, and enjoys travelling, music and cooking in his free time.

Deckhand : Aggelos Koukas

Aggelos is a hardworking, communicative and responsible sailor with a genuine passion for yachting.
