HALF BOARD MEAL PLAN OPTION : SUBTRACT $150 per person from weekly rate : Includes 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 3 dinners. Requires all other meals on shore at client expense. LOCAL FARE MEAL PLAN OPTION : SUBTRACT $75 per person from weekly rate : Includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner at client expense. The rates include: • Private Yacht & Service of the crew (captain, chef, first mate, stew) • Local taxes • Insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability) • Accommodation in 4 private air-conditioned cabins with ensuite bathroom • Bedding, towels and beach towels • Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner including soft drinks, beer, wine and cocktails • Consumables for the yacht (diesel, fuel, and water) • Water sports on board: snorkeling gear, kayak, fishing rod, underwater scooters, SCUBA, SUP • Mooring fees, cruising taxes, park fees The rates do not include: • Cancellation Insurance and private insurance • Premium beverage requests • Dockage • Transfer airport – base – airport • Personal expenses • Gratuity - suggested is 15-20% of total charter fee.

Having navigated the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Atlantic, Indian Ocean, and Brittany coast, Adrien prioritizes the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of both guests and crew. Known for his calm, approachable nature and meticulous attention to vessel maintenance, he ensures every voyage runs smoothly. Blending French art de vivre with British nautical tradition, Adrien creates memorable cruising experiences aboard Halcyon.

Chef Pierre was born and raised in France and has been sailing since childhood all across the Mediterranean on the family yacht. He is a passionate chef with a unique blend of culinary expertise and a love for the sea. Two years ago, he made the life-changing decision to pursue his dream by combining his two passions: cooking and yachting. After completing formal training, he dedicated himself to creating exceptional dining experiences on board, using fresh, local ingredients.

Josh is South African and embarked on his career in the yachting industry after developing a sailing background from a very young age. He is the perfect fit to support every aspect of life on deck. Friendly, bubbly, and active, Josh loves getting guests involved in water sports. He will help you learn how to e-foil with ease and is always on hand to set you up with snorkel gear, Seabobs, and paddle boards.

She is also a dedicated doctorate student with a deep passion for psychology, bringing a unique blend of knowledge and care to her role aboard Halcyon. Her mindful approach ensures that each guest’s needs are met with attention and empathy, fostering an atmosphere of calm and well-being. Whether through thoughtful conversations or by creating a serene onboard environment, Kasia is committed to enhancing the experience for every guest. Born and raised in Poland, hospitality is in her blood.
