⮞ Rate details: High season (July - August): 19.500€ per week + VAT 12% + APA 35% Low season (All other months): 17.500€ per week + VAT 12% + APA 35% Tax status: 12% VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. Special conditions: • Whilst every effort will be made to secure berthing in the chosen ports during the cruise neither the Owner nor the stakeholder or the Captain can be held responsible for the final allocation of any berth. • It is hereby expressly stated that VAT rate mentioned herein is the one applicable by current tax legislation valid to this date and subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of this document resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. • Use of personal watercraft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate license and meeting with local regulations. Any liability arising from non-compliance is entirely at operator’s risk. • The Stakeholder is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of Broker(s) and Charterer(s) the Charter Party Agreement and other necessary documents as required by the Greek Port Authorities for the handling and execution of the charter. Stakeholder and Owner confirm that the sole purpose of the Greek Charter Party Agreement is to obtain clearance from the Greek Port Authorities for the commencement of the charter. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms of this MYBA Charter Agreement and the Greek Charter Party Agreement, the terms of this MYBA charter agreement shall prevail. • Final fuel consumption for the charter plus generator fuel are due to be paid in APA disbursement account. CAPTAIN – Panagiotis Pitsios
Captain Panagiotis was born in 1966 in Athens and he is a graduate of the Greek Naval Mechanical University. He has great knowledge of the Greek islands as he is in the yachting industry for many years and will cruise to beautiful bays with crystal-clear waters. Having worked in high demanding environments like Mykonos and Paros for more than 10 years, his professionalism is more than guaranteed. Panagiotis has safety and contingency as priority. Captain Panagiotis has a kind and pleasant personality, always driven by the intention to enhance his skills. In his free time, he likes diving and spearfishing. He speaks Greek and English.
CHEF/STEWARDESS – Eirini Flerianoy
Eirini was born in 1998 in Athens and has always been passionate about hospitality. She has been working at hotels and yachts for more than 5 years in various positions. Eirini enjoys cooking and has attended various seminars to evolve her skills. She displays a high level of attention to detail and takes great care of the guests. She speaks Greek and English.
DECKHAND/SAILOR – Panagiotis Kovaios
Panagiotis was born in 1997 in Paros and raised in Athens. His dream to travel the world, combined with his passion about motor yachts and engineering, led him to join the yachting industry more than 10 years ago. Panagiotis is a valuable asset to the team. He stands out for his excellent communication and service skills as well. Ready and willing to help, he is always there to ensure a safe and unforgettable experience on board.
