Captain: Cigdem "Cindy" Gul
BIO: Captain Cindy is from the coastal town of Bodrum, Turkey. She has over ten years of experience as a licensed Captain, navigating the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Cindy has previously owned and operated her own charter yacht in the Aegean Sea. Her priorities are guests' safety and creating a memorable guest experience. She enjoys Latin dancing, Beach adventures, and traveling the World. Native language is Turkish and she also speaks English.

Chef- Dino Raepsaet
Dino was born and raised in St Maarten. He was previously the executive chef of La Samanna hotel, and owner of the celebrated Temptation restaurant for over 16 years. He now brings his craftsmanship and flavors to the galley of Exit Strategy. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and discovering the cuisines and cultures all over the world.
