Price Details

⮞ Extra Season: 74.750 Euro / week (from September 21 to October 31) Low Season: 74.750 Euro / week (from April 15 to June 15 & from September 1 to September 20) High Season: 74.750 Euro / week (from June 16 to August 31) * Above prices are NET of 24% VAT. The VAT is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. The Charterer acknowledges that local taxes can change and accepts liability for payment of any increase in taxes legislated by the Government of the country in which he is chartering, including at any time after the contract has been fully executed and prior to disembarkation. * 35-40% APA to be added to all Weekly Charters Above (35-40% of Charter Hire net of VAT). The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is designed to cover the operating expenses of a charter such as, fuel (for the yacht, her tenders and motorized water toys), food, drinks, land services, electronic communications, canal fees, harbor dues, local taxes and marina fees outside Greek waters, or private marinas. * APA is prepaid by the client to the Yacht representative prior to the start of the charter. The yacht will be fully fueled and provisioned when the clients step on board. If, during the charter, the expenditure exceeds the sum already paid, additional cash funds will be required at once. All outstanding bills should be settled in cash before final disembarkation. Of course, any remaining credit balance at the end of the charter will be reimbursed to the client in full. Should the refund be done via bank transfer any bank charges will be deducted from the APA amount. Suggested Itineraries: * Mykonos Southern Coast or Rineia and/or Delos up to Super Paradise * Rinia and Delos (optional stop) and Mykonos Southern Coast up to Agia Anna Full-day cruise duration is 8 hours, starting any time after 10:00 am. The half-day cruise duration is 5 hours, starting at 9:30 a.m. or 3:30 p.m. DAILY CHARTERS: * Extra Season: 13.650 Euros (24% VAT INCLUDED) - September 21 - October 31 * Low Season: 13.650 Euros (24% VAT INCLUDED) - April 15 - June 15 & September 1 - September 20 * High Season: 13.650 Euros (24% VAT INCLUDED) - June 16 - August 31 * Daily Charters include: Snacks (seasonal fruit platter, a variety of sandwiches, chips, nuts, dips) & beverages (water, soft drinks, beer & 1 bottle of premium Greek white wine per 4 guests on board) * Not included in Daily Charter Pricing: Fuel depending on selected itinerary * Explanation of the VAT of 24 % for weekly charters VAT 24% full Greek charter rate – Applies to charters that take place in Greek waters without exiting to non-EU or International waters (Staying within the 6 nautical miles limit for the Argo Saronic and 12% for Cycladic waters ). VAT 24% - With a deduction option for time spent outside of EU waters or in international waters. This will take into consideration all chartered days in an accounting year. Concerning Mykonos Discounted at 50% (VAT 12%), this will be for yachts that spend a minimum of 60% of charter time / days outside of territorial waters. (Territorial waters are considered: 12 nautical miles from the mainland and 12 nautical miles from the territorial waters of an island. Any destination from Mykonos Island to nearby Cycladic islands is not considered as cruising within international waters according to the Greek law as the distances required are not met due to the configuration and position of each island during a cruise to our final destination within the Cyclades. Should the Charter fail to fulfill the conditions for VAT discount application or should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of the charter agreement, that result in change of final charter VAT and hence of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. VAT legislation and the resulting VAT rates and conditions applicable are subject to change without prior notice, at no responsibility of the Broker, Stakeholder or Owner. As stipulated by Greek Law, Value Added Tax is collected by the Owner at the expense of the Charterer. The Charterer shall at all times be liable to pay for the VAT amount applicable by Law at the time the charter is executed.


Crew Profile

Captain Panagiotis Georgiadis has been passionate about the sea since childhood, which led him to a 15-year career as a professional captain. He is also a qualified mechanical engineer with another 15 years of experience in the field. Panagiotis is an RYA Yachtmaster and holds first aid certifications, ensuring a safe and smooth journey for everyone onboard. He loves diving, scuba diving, and water sports. With extensive knowledge of Mediterranean destinations, he’s dedicated to creating unforgettable yachting experiences. Panagiotis has proudly captained Sofia Y for the last two years.

Chief Engineer: Andreas Favios
Andreas Favios has over a decade of experience in maritime engineering, serving on renowned yachts. He joined Sofia Y in May 2024 and has since been responsible for its engineering operations. His certifications include STCW 95 Advanced Safety Training, advanced firefighting, and a speedboat operator license. He also holds qualifications as a Chief Engineer for vessels with engine rooms up to 2250kW. Andreas’s professional knowledge ensures the smooth and safe operation of the yacht. His background also includes experience on tankers and large private yachts, where he honed his technical skills.

Chief Stewardess: Eleni Nika
Eleni Nika has nearly eight years of experience in yachting, bringing passion and precision to her role. She has been part of Sofia Y’s team for the last two years, ensuring guests receive outstanding service. Eleni’s skills include Greek and European cuisine, as well as a keen eye for detail in hospitality. She’s also trained in first aid and defibrillator use, adding an extra layer of care to her work. Her background in child care and hospitality gives her a unique ability to cater to every guest’s needs


Stewardess: Christina Stani
Christina Stani has been part of the yachting industry since 2021, with experience on renowned yachts. Skilled in Mediterranean and Greek cooking, child care, and hospitality, Christina also brings additional expertise as a trained hairdresser, which adds a special service for guests. Over the past five years, including two years on Sofia Y, Christina has impressed guests with her professionalism and dedication.


Deckhand: Sherwin Fenis
Fenis Sherwin is a hardworking deckhand with a speedboat operator license and extensive experience as a seaman on international ships. He has worked on multiple motor yachts, building his skills in safety, teamwork, and handling sea toys. For the past five years, including two with Sofia Y, Fenis has been a friendly and dependable team member, ensuring smooth operations and safe, enjoyable water activities for guests.
